If the district requires a PO for payment of an invoice, the registrant should request a PO and email a PDF copy of the PO to [email protected].
Invoices will be emailed to the school district’s Accounts Payable department.

Registrants who find they are unable to attend the conference and/or preconference institute may identify a substitute who will attend the conference and/or preconference institute in their place. There is no fee for substitutions made prior to the first day of the event.
Cancellation refund requests for conference and/or preconference institute registration payment must be received via email to [email protected] by May 1, 2025.
For invoices that have already been paid, the refund will be processed (less a $100 cancellation processing fee per registrant) within 15 business days of the cancellation request.
For invoices that have not yet been paid, the $100 cancellation processing fee per registrant is due within 15 business days of the written cancellation request.
We are unable to honor refund requests made after May 1, 2025. Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, late arrival, unattended events, or early departure.
A continental breakfast is provided each day of the conference. A buffet lunch is provided on the first and second day of the conference.
Certificates will be available for download no later than one week after the conference has ended.
