Faculty Coaching, Virtual

Faculty Coaching is a virtual, one-hour coaching session designed to support the implementation of participant outcomes from professional learning. Building-level instructional coaches learn to coach content implementation and strengthen their coaching practice with peers through classroom visits, while next-day implementation metrics are collected and shared with the school leadership team along with follow-up actions.

Coaching also supports teacher teams in further exploring the topic addressed during professional learning. Participants gain a deeper understanding of the content and deliberately plan to implement the topic within lessons and units.

Whether your goal is to reinforce a recent professional learning session, strengthen coaching capacity at the building level, or help teacher teams translate new learning into classroom practice, Faculty Coaching offers focused, personalized support to keep implementation moving forward.
