Lina Toth, MBA, MA, serves as Chief Operating Officer at Instructional Empowerment, where she combines her vast expertise in operational transformation and excellence to help bring the organization’s mission to life.

She is deeply committed to fostering a culture grounded in trust, accountability, and continuous improvement. At Instructional Empowerment, Lina utilizes her mastery to create and strengthen operational frameworks that enable the organization to deliver on its mission of transforming education and empowering students. 

With over 26 years of experience leading operational initiatives across aerospace, supply chain, and education, Lina has dedicated her career to designing systems that empower organizations to grow, adapt, and achieve lasting impact. She has a proven track record of building streamlined, high-performing operations that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and organizational agility. 

Lina partners closely with leaders and teams across all divisions to operationalize the organization’s vision, foster cross-functional collaboration, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. By ensuring that every operational decision supports educators and students, Lina helps IE stay nimble and responsive to the evolving needs of schools and communities nationwide. With her expertise, IE has strong, adaptive systems that empower educators  to create a brighter future for all students at scale. 

Lina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University, and a Master of Arts in Operations Management from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business.
