With over 26 years of experience leading operational initiatives across aerospace, supply chain, and education, Lina has dedicated her career to designing systems that empower organizations to grow, adapt, and achieve lasting impact. She has a proven track record of building streamlined, high-performing operations that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and organizational agility.

Lina holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University, and a Master of Arts in Operations Management from the University of Alabama, Manderson Graduate School of Business.
